Yang Hae-Woon, a member of the girl's tennis club, has been in love with the popular Jung Woo-Jin, a member of the boy's tennis club. The days passed by with just her spacing out every time he sees Woo-Jin, without really saying anything at all about her feelings. The only one who is the sole witness of her feelings is her diary.
When Woo-Jin decided to study tennis abroad, the entire team throw a farewell party. As a gift to Woo-Jin, they decided to have their names written on tennis balls so that their senpai will not forget about them. Hae-Woon was assigned to get the balls from the store but she forget to get them the day before the party because they weren't ready yet. On the day of the party, she went to get the gifts but she got involved in an accident as she was heading back.
Continuing on as a soul, Woo-Jin worried that her diary (which was in the bag she left at the party's venue) might fall into the hands of her friend. Of course, it is an embarrassing thing for her. Betting everything she has, she raced back to the venue to save herself from an embarrassing situation. And there she sees Woo-Jin hitting balls by himself!
